All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 5 days, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know once it has been shipped.

UK TO UK: For any order shipped via an untracked method from the UK to the UK we ask that you please allow 14 days for your order to arrive.

UK TO OUTSIDE UK, US AND EU: For any order shipped via an untracked method from the UK to any other location we ask that you please allow 28 days for your order to arrive.

Certain releases will be available to ship from our US warehouse, this information will be stated on the product page.

US TO US: For any order shipped via an untracked method from the UK to the UK we ask that you please allow 28 days for your order to arrive.

US TO CANADA AND ROW: For any order shipped via an untracked method from the US to any other location we ask that you please allow 28 days for your order to arrive.

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days if based in the UK or 28 days for orders going internationally from dispatch date, please contact support and we will be happy to help you locate your order or find a resolution.

Please note:
If your order is being delivered to an address outside of the UK or North America note it may incur import duties and local customs charges. Any additional charges will need to be paid by the recipient on receipt of the order. The specific rules and charges vary depending on the country, and local government who determines these charges and unfortunately we cannot provide any further details or calculations at this time.

All orders are sent with an untracked service. If you would like to request express shipping please contact us prior to order and we will look to arrange a special service for your order at an additional charge.

All prices shown on our website for both products and services are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT, and exclusive of UK VAT where not applicable.
Return Policy
We offer a returns policy on all physical items returned in re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

We accept items to be returned as long as they are in a resale-able condition. To be resale-able they must not have been played, or handled and must be within their original cellophane wrapper (if received with one) and not damaged in any way. If the item is considered factory-defective, we will replace the purchased item with a fresh copy of that title (if still in stock).

Please contact us through our support system and our staff will be able to provide you with a returns authorisation and advise on how to return your items. Please do not return any items before contacting us as we will not be able to process your returns package.

We recommend that you send returns back via a tracked postage method.

Please note we cannot accept returns of digital format products.
